Cooking Lesson.

"We are cups, constantly and quietly being filled.
The trick is knowing how to tip ourselves over
and let the beautiful stuff out."
  --Ray Bradbury

The question is, what have you put in your cup today?

What words?

What images?

What sounds?

Perhaps we can tell whether we've got the recipe right
by what comes out.

(Remember to always use quality ingredients.)

  3. I remember our pastor telling a story about what spills out when someone bumps your coffee cup...sweet coffee or bitter? And how we resemble that cup; when someone "bumps" us, what spills out of us? Sweet words or bitter. I've never forgotten that!
